Settings
Module placement - please note Center is only valid from 1.0.7.12
Category levels - the number of levels to show. Setting to zero turns off category part of menu.
Subcategory spacer string - put in front of subcategories. If you show more than two levels this will get repeated for sub-sub-categories even if the multiplier is 1, so icons don't work so well if you show these.
Subcategory spacer multiple - the number of times the spacer string is repeated for each subcategory level
