Currently, bought software is only offered as a zipfile download. When I have rebuilt the one-click installer for the new admin that will be the recommended delivery mechanism for installations and updates. In the meantime, I can provide advice for free or install it for you for a fee (ask for a specific quote; it shouldn't be much).

Warranty and Returns

Software products are not returnable if you change your mind about wanting them. If you are not sure what the software does or whether it works in the way you need, get in touch and you can have access to a test site to explore further BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.

Your purchase covers all variants of the addon - if you chose the wrong one in checkout, if you are working on upgrading your site from Frozen to Phoenix and need multiple variants, that's covered in your purchase; contact me to get access to the variant you need.

Software is tested for compatibility with core code and clearly labelled with which versions are compatible. The limit of warranty is that they work with the published core versions and my maximum liability if it doesn't is the purchase price. I do not warrant that you can get it working with other core versions or customised code though I will provide advice in these circumstances. 

Support, Updates and New Versions

Purchase price includes a year's free support and bugfixes. I will make best endeavours to make updates available for compatibility with new core versions but can't commit to timescales in advance. New versions with additional functionality may be offered free or at a price at my discretion; previous purchasers will be offered an update price if the latter.
