This is a reference copy of the SE Websites Commercial Licence Agreement under which many of the addons on this site are released.

This End-User Licensing Agreement, including any supplemental terms (collectively the "EULA") is between You and John Ferguson Trading As SE Websites (hereafter "SE Websites").
If you do not wish to be bound by its terms, you may not use the software and must delete it.

Are tailored individually and may give permission to resell the software, incorporate and extend it for resale or use it on multiple client sites. Contact me to discuss.
This EULA is effective from the date you install the software. You may terminate this agreement at any time by permanently deleting all copies of the software, including backup copies.
SE Websites or its licensors may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of this agreement.
Once it is terminated you must stop using this software and delete all the software and associated materials and any copies immediately.
You acknowledge that the software is sold 'as-is' without warranty express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, satisfactory qualty, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy.
There is no warranty from SE Websites that the functions of the software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
SE Websites won't be held liable for incidental, special or consequential damages so far as the law allows. No liability is accepted beyond the price paid for it.
You assume all responsibility and risk for the selection of the software and its application.
This agreement, and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to this agreement or its formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
